Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
Are you walking on eggshells in a close relationship, constantly trying to avoid conflict or keep the peace? Do you find yourself questioning your reactions, feeling invisible, or carrying the emotional weight of a partner, parent, adult child, or other important relationship? Perhaps you are struggling with addiction yourself, loving someone who is, or navigating the complicated grief that can follow addiction-related loss.
When life becomes consumed by relationship stress, substance use concerns, or grief, it can be difficult to stay connected to yourself. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, uncertain about what comes next, or simply in need of a safe place to sort through what you are experiencing without pressure or judgment.
I provide confidential online counselling for adults throughout British Columbia. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to your distress. Through psychoeducation, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches including motivational interviewing, ACT, DBT-informed skills, parts work, and trauma-informed counselling, we work toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.
My areas of focus include:
• Narcissistic Abuse & Antagonistic Relational Stress
• Addiction & Relational Support
• Boundaried Grief and Addiction-Related Loss
• Codependency, Boundaries and Relational Healing
Whether you are trying to understand a difficult relationship, strengthen boundaries, support a loved one struggling with addiction, navigate your own recovery journey, or learn how to carry a grief that others may not fully understand, counselling can provide a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
You do not need to have all the answers before reaching out. I look forward to hearing from you.
